A new and exciting condominium community is coming to New Braunfels. Fully developed, Dovetail will consist of 62-units with floor plans ranging from studios to 3-bedroom residences. The community will feature resort-style amenities, with an off-leash dog park, outdoor kitchen, and swimming pool. Dovetail will also feature single and tandem garages within its gated grounds.
The developer, GBMC Communities, successfully completed four other condo communities in New Braunfels in the past 4 years: Agave Lofts at Town Creek, Yaupon by Agave, The Village at Basel and The Mercer, for a total of more than 70 units.
